Box Of Delights

Been into two different box of delights and found the staff very helpful and friendly. Brought shoes from the different shops.which are very comfy. I wish there was one in Stoke-on-Trent

Went to a shop a new quay and got loads of crystals from both there and aberaeron. The shop in new quay was the only one that sold this type of crystal that I had bought but I forgot the name of it. Here's an image of it. Can you please tell me the name please!!

Went to the one in Aberaeron never again the woman practically thought I was going to steal a pair of shoes just because I went back in to try a different colour on and called my husband back in the shop

So this is the second time that I have popped into this shop for a gift! On both occasions the lady that I presume owns it was really rude. On the first occasion she showed a huge attitude towards the person I was shopping with, over handling products. On the second occasion I had been standing looking at jewellery hoping to buy a bracelet! but unfortunately the jewellery she was selling was not what I wanted. As I left she ran over and I saw her checking for stolen items. I did turn around and actually say to her “I had not stolen anything” as I was so shocked she thought I had. If you want to feel like a thief by all means shop here otherwise I’d take a walk past the entry. Horrible atmosphere. Proprietor needs to learn some customer service skills. Would absolutely not recommend.

Has always been my favourite shop and a must stop in Aberaeron whenever we visit. Today however I experienced atrocious service which I have to say is not usual. New staff member who was being trained please do not treat your customers the way that was displayed to you today.

The lovely lady called Beverly served us today whilst looking for men’s shoes, she was so helpful and patient we ended up with 2 pairs ! Thanks for the lovely customer service I would highly recommend visiting this shop .

This place is great for getting little gifts for work coolieges and family, friends ext. Doesn't have all the essentials and something's are chipped otherwise brilliant experience go there regually.

Good shop and they gave one in Aberaeron too. Great swimsuit and swim short selection and a Skecher Stockist too!

Used to love this place for an unusual trinket treat. But now it's all fancy brands of clothing like joules and sea salt so overpriced.
