Fantastic store, but I may be a bit biased as I love Adidas, but here goes. Went to pick up some trainers that I bought online and was served by Chloe who was very knowledgeable and gave me some good advice about my purchase. All staff were very friendly when I approached them and left me on my own when I was looking around the store which is perfect for me. Would recommend coming in the week if you can as they will have a lot more spare time for you.
Kudos to the extensive selection of running shoes available at Adidas Manchester store, enjoy the time here, staff offering the best-suits-my-needs, and was able to find the right, comfortable shoes for my feet for running, appreciate the wonderful service by staff helping me out while I was feeling confused on what to get and what to expect. Got to express my heartfelt gratitude for the sincere advice and great effort coming from the staff.
Didn’t buy anything there but the customer service is fantastic. I asked a worker if they sell cargo pants but he revealed they only have one. He was very polite and recommended me other places I can find them like H&M. He could’ve just said “no, sorry, we don’t sell those here.” and went on with his day. Thank you to that gentleman. Made my day.
bought experience football boots for my lad unfortunately the quality has not been great but and had to return them but the staff after sales were fantastic replaced boots paid a bit more but staff and manager top Mark's will be getting all the boys boots from this store from know on
As soon as I walked in was approached by George, immediately asked how he could help. Helped me pick out some shoes to compare got the pairs out within a minute and talked me through which were suited to my needs. Matched my online 30% off code and used my gift card. Fantastic easy to navigate store with plenty of stock. Couldn’t find these ultraboosts anywhere else.

I made my order and the store did not accept it that’s why it was sent back. When I called to the store to clarify the situation I was on the line for 10 min, the guy said he will check the situation and come back to me and he never did. When I hung up and called again, it was no response. I had to contact to customer support. The most awful store ever.
Went in there yesterday afternoon had a good look round pointless downstairs unless you want football stuff upstairs running shoes, a few gazelle and more or less superstars....Next to nobody in. Went across to size and there was plenty of adidas footwear got sorted with some athen.. More and a better choice of adidas trainers...and it was full of people
A huge disappointment. I bought for my wife 4 things of which she wanted to change 2. when we went to make the change two days later they didn't want to because the labels were missing. The labels were removed by the seller the same day I made the purchases, when I explicitly asked him to remove the prices because they were gifts. I told him prices, just that. it was obvious that if it is a gift it has to be changed. We wanted to talk to him but he never showed his face. they should take care of their error because if they do not have the rooms enabled they should not remove the tags because then it is impossible to change something. very bad attention and 0 empathy when it was their mistake. we realized the moment we wanted to make the change. a shame. Plus £160
Nothing special. Not alot of products and also not really helpful staff there.
