I had terrible toothache that had kept me up all night.  My regular dentist was not available so I called Adel Dental Practice and not only did they give me an urgent appointment they also fixed my toothache!  I was not at my best as you can imagine with the pain but the receptionist was still so kind and helpful.  I did of course apologise to her on my way out :.  I can't say enough about how well the nurse Leigh and dentist Palbir looked after me!  Maybe I'm too harsh but I took one star off because the practice is a little too far from where I live but I'm thinking it's still worth the distance!

I recently had a dental abscess issue that was painful and required me to head to A&E. Once I rang Adel dental practice, the receptionist booked me in immediately to get antibiotics and the abscess checked. I was booked in for root canal within 10days of the initial appointment . The staff were all very friendly and made my root canal experience comfortable and pain free. I’m now less nervous about future dentist appointments!

Recently just worked for them as an apprentice and the way you got treated as a member of staff was appalling I felt like I was in high school. I had a one month trial and a couple of days before my trial ended the manager leigh and principal palbir were slowly acting so fake and distance, didn’t tell me what I needed to do bearing in mind I’m still learning on the job but they wanted me to act qualified. The manager didn’t even acknowledge me at one point and started talking to me through the other apprentice that was there, how unprofessional! They told me to use one glove per patient which meant if I was touching something dirty to keep it on until the next patient comes, that’s disgusting! And defo goes against the rules and regulations in dentistry. Overall, it’s not a good place to work at and considering it’s a private practice the whole place needs renovating everything’s falling apart in

Recently had terrible toothache and hadn't been to a dentist in a while, adel dental practice fitted me in on short notice, and palbir sorted my problem out :, the surgery is top notch, clean modern, and the staff there are amazing many thanks, 5 stars from me.

Fantastic service getting a number of fillings from Ioan, painless, quick, and no problems since. Hygeine from Poppy was excellent too and now looking after my teeth better as a result!

I have been using this Dental Practice how years. I would thoroughly recommend them. Very friendly and gentle.

Lovely staff and practice, I am not a fan of going to the dentists but ioan and poppy were particularly kind in easing my fears.

I had an amazing experience at Adel Dental practice the team are very warm and welcoming. I haven’t been to the dentist in over 15 years due to extreme nerves, the dental team which carried out my assessment made me feel at ease. Explaining each part of the assessment and even showed and explained my X-rays to me which was great!!  I would definitely recommend Adel dental practice.

Wow what a lovely atmosphere always been scared of dentist but these are so welcoming feel so relaxed so glad i joined the best dentist ive ever been to thank you :
