Very pleasant and easy to deal with, thank you Emma. They had stock that nobody else had and at a good price. 

I called before hand to make sure they had what I wanted, Emma was good enough to check the stock and call me back to confirm. 

Next time I'm in the market for a piece of jewelry I'd 100% consider using Acotis again

I recently ordered a Trollbead from Acotis' online trollbeads store. I Paid through Paypal and got the free first class delivery. I then received no confirmation from Acotis, however did receive a confirmation that payment had been taken. A couple of days later (over the weekend) I checked my junk mail and the emails were in there (good spam filtering guys) and my order was confirmed. I waited until today for dispatch notice, this time it being very last minute for my friends birthday, as I am seeing her tomorrow. I had tried to call them last night about 5 times but it just rang and rang. I finally got a reply email saying that low and behold, the bead was out of stock! Well this was fantastic seeing as I was supposed to be giving the gift the next day. 
They claimed that they tried to email me to tell me previously, but I don't believe this is true as from other reviews I can see this happens often. They also claimed that 'Trolllbeads' themselves were sold out, however I was able to see on their website that it was in stock, AND it is in stock in 4 other jewellers in my area. In hindsight I shouldn't have bothered with Acotis in the first place, I was trying to save some time by doing it all online, but after a lot of stressing about my friends present I managed to ask a local Beaverbrooks to hold the bead for me so I can pick it up on my way to seeing my friend, luckily they are very helpful. Very dishonest to take money for stock they DONT have. Many companies do this, wait for an order and then place an order themselves from their supplier. Very bad practice. I was offered to either have a different item or 'wait a little longer' but obviously this was no good for me so I asked for a refund. now I guess I will see how long it takes them to sort out giving my money back for something they didn't even have. Ridiculous.

very pleased.  price was extremely competitive, delivery was prompt and my order was packaged attractively.  An enjoyable shopping experience.
