I called this company on the 12th, 16th, 17th and 18th of October to arrange a plumber and joiner, the company were always personable and provided reassurance they would follow up on each occasion. Each day I called I spoke to a different person and had to go through the process of explaining the requirements again. Eventually on the 18th, despite assurances this would be addressed, I was able to draw the information out of the colleague on the phone that this would not even be looked at for at least another week. While the inability to attend due to availability is completely understandable, the lack of both communication and willingness to manage expectations of potential clients is not. This company would benefit greatly from ensuring they advised potential clients that they were not going to take a note of the work request instead of wasting their time.
