Ment to clean our stairs last time they were here was 8th august its ment to be fortnightly. Stairs are a mess, i pay extra onto my rent for something that barely gets done. My man had to go out and clean it its a joke

Had bird droppings in the corner of my stair now for nearly 3 weeks. The cleaners can sweep and wash a 2 story stair in less than 60 secs.  Disgraceful.

We have stair cleaning it's sheltered accommodation so we have no say in the matter but the standard of Cleaning is absolutely diabolical occasionally they spray with cold water and a dirty disgusting mop stair has never been swept banisters never wiped etc etc and the stink is disgusting  when they do use a mop it's just swirled around and with the result the dirt just get thrown to the side it's about time this system is disbanded and a more cleaner reliable firm put in place 👎👎👎
