I suffered fire damage to a flat I rent out. Ace were appointed by the insurers to carry out the repairs. I have to say that the quality of work was excellent. Very pleased with the end result.

This customer was far from satisfied. Disappointed with the service from the beginning. Would not use them again and I would not recommend them to others either. Go elsewhere.

I am a property manager and have the need for restoration services often. I’m delighted to say we have eventually found a company we can trust and rely on. Ricky from Ace insurance contractors group is fantastic, extremely professional and knowledgeable with a can do attitude. They always deliver exceptional service at a reasonable cost. The customer care manager always follows-up with a final inspection of the works carried out and makes sure the customer is 100% happy with the completed works. I am more than happy to recommend Ace insurance contractors group with confidence and all who work for the company.

After suffering fire damage, i contacted Ace and within minutes i was speaking to a representive from the company. I explained my problem and the next day a surveyor was sent out and fully explained all the process and what is required to be completed. This company come as highly recommended from a few people, but have never had to need to contact them for any fire damages, and was amazed by there service, they were very helpful and polite on the phone and there builders were absolutely amazing and very hardworking and met every deadline that was agreed at the start. I would highly recommend Ace to my friends and anyone else looking for a builder.

I have used Ace insurance contractors on 2 occasions and found them to be both reliable and able to meet my high expectations and knowing that Ace has the experience in dealing with insurance companies that in itself took a lot of stress off me in dealing with my insurance company direct at a very difficult time. Can’t thank them enough for that. I was at work all day so left them with my key. They are very honest, trustworthy, hard working men. I came home from work to find everything sparkling clean and I would definitely use them again and recommend them with 100% confidence.
