Rude office staff and inept driver, had heavy suitcase with me but wasn't offered help putting it in the car so it went on the back seat with me, driver didn't know their way around, got lost, and didn't have any change. Car stunk of stale cigarettes and cheap perfume. Although DJ's is conveniently situated at Warminster station, next time I will wait and stick to my usual taxi firm.

Very nice taxi driver, in a high end Mercedes. Very professional service and I would absolutely recommend them... I don't understand why these guys don't have 5 stars, they are a high end company. :)

Terrible - going to a wedding, forgot my child's car seat on pick up late at night. Drove like a maniac until we told him to slow down. Went 6 miles longer route than should of. Didn't know the way and didn't have a sat nav. Kept looking at his phone along country lanes! We paid him what we should have done -£60 and he wouldn't leave us alone and was aggressive for the £16 difference which wasn't just as he went the long way home. Taxi who left at the same time as us got home 15 minutes before we did. Stubborn man, no idea of customer service. Use a different company where you can!

If I could leave a review without a Star rating I would. Poor service, I was quoted £6.00 when I booked but charged £10.00 to travel in a shoddy car and with a driver who had his radio on too high. When I informed the driver of the price I was quoted he laughed. When he dropped me off he reversed into a wall, I guess he got his comeuppance. The return journey with another Company was a much better experience for which I was charged £6.00 and it is them that I will use again in the future.
