Boiler needed fixing. Ace came in. Rob and Dale attended. Both super friendly, professional and efficient. Found issue straight away. Had replacement part in van. All installed and fully tested. Also gave advice on future potential combi boiler, loose radiator and CO2 meter. Both good lads with plenty of banter but both customer focused and very knowledgeable. In and out in one hour - we now have hot water and no new boiler needed! Happy Days. Good work Ace - Great work Rob and Dale.

Brilliant. Not only fixed a leak with minimal mess they were extremely polite and even sorted the boiler problem I had a towel rail staying on constantly. I would highly recommend this company.

Got a technitian out the next day. Polite, friendly and honest. A relief after being ript off by other companies in past. Thankyou.

I needed most of my radiators replaced as they were far too small. They came and estimated on 8 March and the rad's were fitted and working by 15 March. I have to say how efficient Ace were, and the engineer, Bob, was probably the neatest and cleanest tradesman I've ever come across. You wouldn't have known he'd been as everything was spick and span. Too often you see negative reviews, so I thought it was time to see a good news story. I was so impressed that I mentioned the job to my neighbours. They are having similar done in their house soon. So there's a further recommendation. Well done Ace. You'll be first choice for any future plumbing. Thank you. Alan

Good quick service the plumbers always know there stuff and solve our tenants numerous plumbing problems efficiently. Reasonable price considering the speed they normally get to the property.
