Had a new boiler fitted 2 weeks ago and very pleased. Very clean and tidy job was done by the engineer and as i was struggling with the complicated programmer that come with the boiler so Dorset Plumbing sent an engineer back who fitted an alternative one free of charge. When looking for a new boiler i did as everyone does shop around and i did receive 3 quotes, Dorset plumbing was the cheapest and was told by someone never go for the cheapest, but i did and it paid off i saved hundreds of pounds and had an excellent job done so would highly recommend Dorset plumbing to anyone.

My boiler packed up and was told it needed replacing. Everyone else wanted far too much money and expected me to wait 2weeks to have it fitted. Called Dorset plumbing and they quoted me at a fraction of the price everyone else wanted not to mention they could fit it 2 days later. Engineer was extremely knowledgeable and extreamly neat and tidy, went the extra mile. Really happy with the service and would highly recommend. Thanks again

Left a negative review from a bad experience with this company and they have taken it down and put their own review from the owner (Vincent Law, seem to be a lot of Law's giving it 5 star reviews don't you think?) giving it 5-stars in its place! now that screams of bad ethics to me! (and stop using that "we have no record of this customer" response its embarrassing)

Really unprofessional people sitting at this company. The engineer did not turn up on that day. No information from the gentlemen who answered the phone. No sorry nothing. I said it was really unprofessional for them to not call to inform and reschedule. The gentlemen very rudely told me to find services somewhere else then. I would not even rate this 1 star. Zero star should be for this sort of company. Edit: Pathetic response to blame on the customer. I can understand how lame are the people working at your company calling yourself professionals. You did not turn up, next day i called and got response to find the services somewhere else. I guess your bookkeeping needs to be updated.
