We are located off of junction 28 on the M25. I was so lucky to have my first car buying experience from Barn Cars. Could not have been more stress free. I was offered free delivery considerable distance might I add! and all processes from test driving to going through the paperwork were smooth and professional. Cannot recommend highly enough.
*Buyer Beware* We purchased a VW Tiguan from Barn Cars and it was the biggest mistake we made. Following some issues with the car we contacted Barns and they were very quick to relinquish all responsibility. We therefore took the car to a VW dealer who told us that it had been in an accident and it needed a whole new engine and electrical work. The cost of the repairs were literally the same as the purchase price. If you value your hard earned money and some level of customer service - avoid avoid avoid!
Thank you to everyone at Barn car for a professional job & help with supplying a nice smalk car for my mother's neubour who had his car written off & had no means of travelling over to view a car. You offered to take a car over to Chigwell for a viewing without an obligation to buy. In the end after looking on your web site he decided on a car & you delivered it to him. He is really pleased with his new car. Thank you once aging for your patience & help.
Quick enough to sell you a car but after promising to help and sort private plate out for us still waiting and just get fobbed off!! Avoid this garage at all costs!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER despite being AA approved they told us our car was ready to collect but it had 2 faults which we had to travel 150 mile round trip to get sorted at our expense. And continue to lie about sorting out our personal number plate!!!
Excellent service from start to finish. The whole process was stress free and so easy. There was no pressure to buy and Daniel helped me feel so at ease, as a woman on your own it can be intimidating especially when you have no idea on cars. Nothing was too much trouble, Daniel was helpful in answering my many questions and phone calls I made. I can't believe how easy the process was. Daniel sorted out the finance , tax, and all the paperwork, I literally just signed! I love my new car and will definitely bring my nephew back to look for his first little run around. Thank you so much
Just fantastic service... We called to view a car on Sunday afternoon and had the car delivered on Tuesday. A totally stress free and no pressure experience. I have no hesitation in recommending Oliver and Daniel for their friendly and professional service.
Bought a Mini Cooper S earlier today from here. Oliver happily allowed me to test drive the car around the area, offered great service, excellent price, very happy overall. Highly recommend!
I cannot rate this company highly enough. I explained to Daniel what I was looking for in a car, having had issues trying to find a decent car for my budget. Daniel was patient, understanding & non pushy. He described the car I was looking for in exact detail & answered all my questions. He included a warranty even though the car was 18 years old. Daniel also had one of his staff deliver the car to my door. Such a pleasant delivery driver. This company prides itself on excellent customer service. I would like to congratulate you on how you run your professional & courteous company. A BIG well done & thank you.
I went into this garage with my daughter with all good faith of purchasing a car. In fact we put down a deposit of £200. However, the car had an issue and I for one had had experience on this type of issue with my previous car and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare . I consequently spoke to Daniel and asked him what the issue was where he replied "its no big deal". I explained that I wasn't happy and I asked for a refund of the deposit. He said he had spent £600 on trying to get the car up to scratch for us and that he had gone "above and beyond" in the whole of his 6 years of trading. He was talking over me and to be quite honest he was very rude and appeared to have no customer service skills at all. It was a very pushy sale as he said he had a lot of people interested in the car. Clearly this was not he case or he would not of reacted in this way. The offer of a 12 month warranty and and 14 day full refund if the fault happened again within this time was not enough at this point for us. This is the worst experience of a car garage I have come across. Fortunately my daughter found another car and is happy. She lost her deposit I hasten to add!
