Beautiful historical university and Securi-Tay was a very well organised event, absolutely loved it.
Not sure if students from other universities can use the scunnel pass or not. The library arrangements in Scotland seems to have had a slow response.
An awful inclusion team here we contacted before my and my wife's course starter for assistance, none of the lecturers were aware. We were then told we hadn't attended lessons when had. We have chased up for months about getting an appt for disabled students allowance and support bearing in mind we contacted before the course started for this and it's being re-arranged once again for February - when the year is nearly over. Overall no communication between departments and make it incredibly difficult for students with any disabilities to attend.
Awful university, most staff have lost interest and barely care for students.nAlso as I was going through a mental health crisis the university decided to withdraw me from my course with no reason. I only found out after struggling to login to do work to find that nothing worked, so they cut me off from everything, including my income which I was relying on. Worst 3 years of my life that I'll never get back
Regarding the Kydd Building, where I studied in 2005-2010:nReally nice old-school building with great decor, and a maze of corridors and passageways inside which never stop being easy to lose yourself in!nThe only unpleasant thing about my experience when I studied here was the creepy presence of a weird Psychology “research assistant” called Sharon who seemed more interested in harassing myself and others than studying Psychology - which wasn’t exactly the building’s fault! I eventually reported her and that seemed to put a stop to it.nAll in all, a nice place with a great atmosphere!
