Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good. Room is basic and comfortable. Main road outside is pretty noisy, so bring ear plugs! Bathroom is nice and adequate. 30s style of architecture is fab, including the lift!

The staff is exceptional! My waitress was the sweetest, which makes a great difference. The food was also great, had breaded fish and chips and an exquisite hot chocolate. What they could improve on is the serving of the sauces.

Must put this in for the 3 times we ve been with family members when carvery wasnt on.excellent hot fresh turkey dinner with trimmings(half hr wait but ok if not in hurry n everything freshly cooked)staff always polite and do good job.

Despite being on the 3rd floor, I could hear the music from the function vibrating up through the building on the Saturday night. The heating wasn't great and the room was outdated. Bathroom was clean and modern; however the shower enclosure allowed water to spread over the floor when not angled into the corner. I've had much nicer hotels in Aberdeen for the same money.
