Avoid buying from these scams ! bought a mattress(spring-pocket) with 1 year guarantee and 5 years warranty,which did not last a week ,the springs collapsed at pressure points and did not give support at all,when i dropped in at the shop to report this as faulty,they made an appointment with me to come and see the mattress and then decide what to do,for the second time their manager after two weeks appeared at my door and confirmed the problem but told me that i have to go to manufacturer for refund or exchange, now my arguments is why in god sake i have to go to manufacturer for a product that did not last a week? if the fault manifested itself after six months then fair enough would have gone to manufacturer . imagine if you buy a bottle of milk and if you take it back ,they ask you to go to the main source. now i have taken them to the court.
