Historic peaceful hotel with fabulous views of the Firth of Clyde. Hosts are very friendly. Access drive is steep and narrow.

Abbots Brae Hotel is a marvellous place to stay with fabulous views, gorgeous rooms, exquisite dining and friendly staff. We stayed for a couple of days and fell in love with the place. All the rooms are uniquely designed but comfortable. The view from the rooms at the front is amazing. The gardens are excellent and you will be rewarded with the pleasure of being entertained by the red squirrels at feeding time. Highly recommended.

This is a small hotel that packs a big punch. We took a three night bed, breakfast and evening meal and loved every minute of it. The food service and views are second to none.
