Disgusting sutomer service! The delivery lorry failed to arrive with our first delivery, so the tiles could not be fitted when we had our tiler booked for. We had to rebook our tiler. The second delivery of tiles arrived but was 4 boxes short of their measurements, meaning my bathroom was left incomplete. When I asked to order more tiles, the manager Robert talked over me, would not let me speak then hung up on me. He called back and that that his 'finger slipped!' Unbelieveably digusting treatment towards a customer who has spent over £4000 on their tiles. Avoid this company at all costs! Do not use this company. Highly unprofessional.

Really good tile store worth a visit. If you want something different, quality take a look here. They can compete on price but you generally find something alot better than in any national tile store.
