My wife and I had the experience of one of your drivers disposing of half a bag of garbage onto the central reservation of the A38 at Derby road works while in standing traffic. I have twice phoned your company to speak with the transport manager and requested that he contacts me on this matter but have received no response to date. This offence transpired on Tuesday 17th and would reflect the very low calibre of those employed in your company and also their attitude towards the general public. Having held a CPC in transport and worked in that industry in a maintenance supervisor position for over 30 years I am disgusted at the negative response from anyone at your company and is a reflection of low leadership and management.
