I have used these twice to clean my expensive silk king size duvet. Last winter, and this winter. The man I dealt with was very helpful and kind. 
My duvet was as good as new on both occasions... just what I needed. 
I highly recommend, and will certainly be using again. Dropped off in the morning and collected the same day evening. Perfect.
