This is the most underhanded firm I have ever encountered in my 40 years of business. They called my opponent's solicitors in a claim I brought against a neighbour for tresspass to land, slandered me and told them I had a weak case. They did not even have conduct of my case and were never instructed by me ever. They were instructed by Lawshield legal expenses insurer to undermine MY CASE! Guess what? they work from the same offices and are inter related by the same owner KEN SPECTRE. Any one who has a policy with Connexus group or Lawshield beware as they will reject claims using every dirty trick in the book. I am now suing them big time and reporting them to the SRA and Office of Fair Trading to expose their scam.

After 13 months I am no further forward with my claim. I have not been treated very well by this company at all. They have shown no urgency in my injury claim which is massively effecting my life, relationship and job. They seem happy to just let things progress at a snails pace. Communication is appalling as I havent heard a word from them in over four months. Would not recommend using them at all

Had multiple dealings with KLS Law both within Personal Claims and Medical. Incredibly client-centric, thorough and professional. I have recommended both colleagues and personal acquaintances to use KLS over a period of approx 10 years and would continue to do so as in every instance, those who have used KLS have been overwhelmed by the service they have received.

I was involved in a cycling accident that left me seriously injured. I was recommended KLS Law via a friend who had had a great experience with them. They were nothing but courteous and professional throughout and settled my claim successfully and swiftly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
