Really disappointed with lead time and how I was treated as a customer - I recommend to use other companies for your laser cutting jobs!

I had to cut a simple .5mm Aluminium sheet with a simple design and was flexible on lead time.

ML Fabcut dissappoonted on almost ever front: 
1. They were not able to get the .5mm aluminium undamaged which postponed production.

2. After full upfront payment they kept pushig back cutting time over 3 weeks - causing us to let down some of our customers.

3. They failed to cut my file correct with holes simply not cut! - asking them to recut they put the blame on me that my file was supposedly corrupt - It was not as I then sent it to a different cutter and all went fine.

4. Considering my experience with other laser cutters, I will not use ML Fabcuts again and would not recommend them to anyone!

My company Robert Steer & Company Ltd always uses ML Fabcuts for its CNC metal requirements, the service is great and the prices are competitive. You can always find desperadoes to give lower prices but if you are totally happy with what you receiving then why change?

Have been looking for a local company to cut stainless for us for years, before coming across these guys, they turned around something for me in no time at all and the finish was superb.
