Always a great service from A2B cars. All of their car's are late models and very clean. The drivers are always polite and friendly and dress smart. The A2B app is very good,you can track your car and speak to the driver if you wish. I recommended to all of my friends who now use the service. The journey costs are well displayed so you know the cost of your journey when you arrive at Your destination. Regards Ken West

Been using A2B for more than a year now, always on time, always very nice drivers and cars. Journeys are always good, fast and inexpensive. App is very helpful, tracks the car so you have an idea how quickly your car will arrive. Will be using in the future

Such Terrible service , NEVER use them! Ordered taxi for family with 2 children from Birmingham airport on 11:27 pm after came back from holiday. I range them after collected all lagaue as they told me, the person answered my call , told me they would send a taxi within 15 mints as they were busy at that time . He told me wait outside "pick and go" near pay station for taxi. After we have been waited in outside cold weather over 30 mints , I called A2B again to ask why nobody here as children need go to school next day early. A women answered call said they " never booked a taxi " for me (?!?) as there was no my telephone number or reference number on their system !!! I couldn't believe ! Such a liar!! It is Not reliable taxi company at all !! How could they still in the business???! Made us have been waited so long time in middle of night with young children and NOT sending a taxi !! DO NOT USE A2B taxi !

I had a driver today called Mohammed Najul. He made conversation with me and was telling me i was his first pickup. He was so lovely and made my journey go in no time. Really lovely guy.

Very reliable service and friendly drivers. Their A2B app is a really useful addition - and if you book through the app they make a donation to the NSPCC!
