Was picked up from rocky tonight He picked me up within 4 mins of me calling and I was sent a tracking text as well so I know exactly when he was near which his great! Rocky was a great driver and was a pleasure to talk to the whole journey home Will definitely be using this service again

Ordered a taxi from Solihull station, operator mention he'll send a taxi now. Called 15 minutes later to check and was informed the taxi would take another 15 minutes. Would have been better if the operator told me upfront that's how long it would have taken, rather than tell me it'll be coming now

Phoned at 12:30 to book a taxi for 3pm and was told no problem . I phone at 3:10pm to chase as it's not here and get told "oh we're running a bit late, you know what it's like on Fridays". Have now phoned another after waiting 30 minutes!
