Booked a cab on 29/04/18 - at around 5pm. Short journey, arrived on time, driver was pleasant. Over charged for the journey (was £8.50 on my e-reciept, was charged £10 in taxi). Would avoid in future due to overcharging

Very hit and miss with these. Sometimes you get a good friendly driver, other times not so much. Saturday night was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had from any taxi firm. He nearly crashed twice. He then honked at a car in front of him to drive when it was at a red light (crossroads by maccies in Bristol Road) and forced the car forward, and he then himself drove past a red light and nearly killed us from on coming traffic at the cross roads. Oh and when we offered him a post code to our destination he refused, said he knew where he was going. Only to ask for directions not 5 seconds later? Needless to say I needed a paper bag when I got out the taxi for having a panic attack.

Absolute disgrace. Got a taxi to work on the Monday driver was lovely, and the fare came to £5.80 Got a taxi last night same route different driver, Seemed nice enough but got defensive when I told him I thougt His meter was broken. I saw the thing go up by a pound literally two second up and Im not exaggerating. All in all The total came to £8.40 and onto if that her tried to the me less change hoping I wouldn't Notice. Get This taxi all the time, same Route everytime, will NEVER be using this company again, and it's a shame for all the lovely drivers in the firm that they lose work over one imbicile.

My husband and I used this taxi firm for a trip to the airport and back a week later. Can't fault them. Very efficient and friendly service, even when picked up at 3.30 am. Very competitively priced at £20 each way to the airport from Coventry. Admittedly I was a little nervous having booked online but no problems whatsoever. Would definitely use again.
