This company’s driver Laura is an absolute credit to the company, she’s always really friendly with me and is definitely their best driver out there, Laura is a wonderful woman with an amazing work ethic and outlook on life!

Booked a taxi two days in advance for 5.30am so I could catch a 5.56 train. It hadn't shown up by 5.37 so I called, only to be told they don't guarantee a booking time, they "only try to get as close to it as possible". Taxi eventually arrived at 5.43. Not acceptable. Guaranteeing arrival time should be more than possible with that much notice.

They get two stars because the driver himself was lovely and because I *just* made the train.

I won't be using them again though.

Very good experiences nearly every time perhaps not the best service to use if your in a rush as it's a hot or miss when it comes to delays you never know until you phone up. I have to mention a guy with the I'd number of 87 going by the name sam who took me and my friend home from a night out who was very kind and patient with us brilliant customer service from this guy thanks again much appreciated

Booked a taxi at 16.00... 3 hrs before i needed it at19.15...5 of us going for a christmas pre booked meal at 19.30.........taxi didnt turn up.....phoned them "there is nt a driver available"....... My wife was in agony as we had to walk as she has sciatica...the reason we booked a taxi in the first place!!!!!!
