Booked to go to Heathrow and paid via Paypal... they then told me they were too busy and would refund the money.  Took me 5 days and 2 chase mails to get the refund which wasn't a full refund in the end because of paypal fees.

I used this friendly local business for the first time recently. Very impressed. Great focus on customer service, punctual, and good use of technology to make booking & paying easy. We'll be using them again for our holiday airport runs.

Great service, on time and friendly drivers. Used the service lots of times for Airport runs and general getting about and it's a great family business. Definitely worth a call.

Don't even take bookings when you call them and appear to have no interest. Terrible customer service over the course of a few short phone calls. Won't be calling this company even if I'm desperate
