Gary came out to see my 95 year old dad's bathroom, with a view to converting it from a bath to a walk in shower. They started the job within a couple of days due to another job being delayed, starting on Monday and finishing on Friday. FIRST CLASS job, absoluteley delighted with it. Thank you to Gary and the guys. Really appreciated all your hard work.
My Mum is very pleased with her new walk in shower and stair lift. It was fitted very quickly and efficiently. Thank you to Gary and his team you have made my Mum very happy.

Visited today after viewing other businesses. Thankfully I located A Mobility Shop NW Limited. On arrival nice lady welcomed us and Karen who works there we asked for. Karen's knowledge of their scooters was fantastic. This lady was very helpful, accommodating and understood what we are looking for. Dad had heart bypass and cancer and struggling. Karen went out of her way to put me at ease and find a Mobility scooter that met my needs. I can honestly say, WHY choose anyone else or another company. Place your trust within Karen and the team here and I'm confident they will care for you, your loved ones or friends who have mobility issues. Excellent experience and looking forward for this company to help us provide a service to my dad. Thank you Karen, your kindness and help meant a lot
Excellent service from Gary, installed disabled friendly bathroom within 10 days for a disabled relative, Dale and Alan who did the installation were very polite and courteous nothing was too much effort, checked everything with my relative, from height of seat in the shower to positioning of handles and ease of access for use, would highly recommend for speed, excellent workmanship, friendly manner, politeness and price. Thank you Gary, you make a great team.
Gary & John were so very helpful, with great ideas of what we could do. Now the bathroom looks fantastic and is so much easier to use. They were so quick and finished the whole job in 3 days, and paid great attention to detail. We were delighted with the service.and would recommend them to everyone.

We recently purchased a stairlift from the Mobility Shop for my grandparents and we couldn't be happier with the service and product. Gary and the whole team at the Mobilty Shop were incredibly helpful from start to finish and were able to install the stairlift within 24 hours of us visiting the shop. It's made their lives a lot easier and given us piece of mind that they're safe in their own home so we can't recommend this company highly enough!
