The prices are affordable and the service is reliable and  regularly book Mark to deliver items from shops and households both within Oxfordshire and from other parts of the country. The van i a long wheelbase high top transit van which is big enough to transport the largest pieces of furniture like double wardrobes, three seater sofas etc and if necessary and extra van is available with a driver / loader to assist with bigger moves. If we decide to move again in the futue we shall definitely be calling on their services again and will be recommending their services to our friends and work colleagues.

This is the second time Mr Aldridge has attended and on both occasions he has rushed the job, been dismissive and discourteous to his customers and has haggled over the price. He has hurriedly removed the items from his van and left the customers dissatisfied and underwhelmed with his service.

Confirmed booking and price in February for a move in April, reconfirmed in March (still all fine), and now they've just cancelled a week before I'm due to move with absolutely no explanation.  Consistently emailed calling me 'James' when I'm 'Alex'!  Unreliable and unprofessional - steer clear of them.
