I am just writing to thank you and your team for the excellent job you made of our house move last Friday. The men were so helpful and friendly which made the whole process a lot less stressful. They also took great care of our belongings. Nothing was too much trouble and we would certainly recommend your company to others.

We would recommend Matthew Carter with no hesitation. Matthew was most helpful from first contact until completion. The four employees made a very difficult move over two days bearable. They were always cheerful taking great care - nothing was too much trouble.

We researched and chose between a few providers in a local move in Oxfordshire. Having moved at least 20 times what stands out is that Matthew Carter came himself to assess and quote and his level of customer service was apparent from the first meeting. However this level of service is apparent in all his staff, they are clearly well trained, professional and very pleasant, the important thing to note is they are honest - stealing during removals is very common and you won't get this with Matthew's staff. Matthew appears to have identified personality traits in his individual staff so they work as a team in terms of keeping the client happy, assessing logistics during each stage and even shaking your hand at the end of the day which is something I have never encountered in all my moves. They come to pick up boxes when you call so you have time to unpack.

Thank you for making the house move smooth and easy. The packing service was excellent and took the stress out of moving. On the day the team were efficient and helpful. They ensured that every box was in the right room and furniture where it needed to be.
