Absolutely brilliant. Fair pricing, clean units and a wide variety of storage options. Easy to find and access. Best of all - the staff, who are all very helpful and friendly. We mostly spoke with Ed, and he is extremely knowledgeable, polite, and really goes the extra mile. If more people in customer facing roles were as lovely and helpful as Ed, the world would be better for it. I'd give them 6 out of 5 if I could.
Like others I have to comment on the great, friendly, professional service. Helen and Ed were liaising with me and they were amazing- so helpful and made the experience really easy. They were very transparent and honest and did not put pressure on us which was greatly appreciated. They were incredibly helpful in flexing calls and contracts around our shift work. NHS discount too : totally recommend.
Hannah, Ed and Helen are all very friendly and helpful, they have gone above and beyond to assist me as a customer and help me find the storage suitable for me, I have also taken them up on a mail box to receive my business mail. Would recommend to anyone looking for storage solutions.

Fantastic service from Hannah and Ed. I was initially contacted and quoted by Ed, who was very helpful and took into consideration my circumstances offering great deal and suitable options. I was then emailed by Hannah, followed by viewing of the lockup next day. Hannah was very professional and supportive. She also ensured all safety measures were followed, which I appreciate, as it's important to be extra cautious these days. After not such a great experience with another place, I managed not only to get a better deal and slightly bigger space but also prompt, efficient and professional service. Working for a large company, where we rent spaces around whole England and need long term contracts, you just got yourself customer who will remain with you for many years thanks to your sales team. Thank you Hannah and Ed.
This was my first time using a storage facility and to be honest, I didn't expect much from it as you wouldn't. However because of how the staff were, I can honestly say, I came away thinking, what great service I got there, especially from Helen. Using storage was a key part of moving house which was a very stressful experience. All I can say is that Helen was very patient when I wasn't understanding how the payments worked. She was also extremely helpful and very kind. And most importantly she was a true professional. I have to say, it is the best service that I have had in Telford I am not from Telford originally Hannah was also very kind and helpful and had a gentle demeanor, so all in all, I cannot praise the service I received enough. It was excellent. Thank you.
I am really happy with the prompt response to my enquiry from Helen at the Telford branch. Helen was very thorough with explaining everything to me and showed me the different units I asked to see. Having to cope with a house move is traumatic enough but when you can no longer fit everything in there has to be a fall back and Storage Giant has become that. A great way to take stock of what you really want to keep or not.
