Thank you for such a great service! I have been a happy customer twice now (personal and an office move) and found the service excellent both times.

The team were so polite and had a really 'no job too big/small' attitude to everything they were tasked with. It's really reassuring to know that they are treating your most treasured possessions with the utmost care and I honestly couldn't fault them. 

I also thought that the service provided was excellent value for money. which is always appreciated! 

I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I have used Jo and her team on several occasions now and must leave some positive feedback about both experiences. Jo is very much 'hands on' and isn't afraid to drive herself when needed- that says it all for me! Firstly we had our house move after 30-years which was seamlessly done albeit i expected a daunting and stressful experience- however it was far from. Second to that we had a large American hot-tub removed from our garden which Jo kindly assisted in again with her entire workforce at hand. The Upton's team are fantastic and an extra van was even put on as a good will gesture throughout our house move- no job really is too large or small, thank you ever so much from all the Macree household. Highly commended and 100% recommend anyone in Shropshire / nationally to use this professional, well reputable company.

I had one day to vacate one pole studio and move to another pole studio. These guys were pretty good. They moved my 10 very large mirrors and 14 poles, Large TV, two couches, a fridge and my sound system is one piece. I was freaking out about my mirrors but there was not a scratch and they placed them in the very spot that they were going to be fixed to the wall. Very careful and considerate. Thank guys ....Considering they knew nothing about pole installation, they gave one a shot (next time guys)

A review to say a huge thank you to Jo and the team for my storage and removal to my new home. It was seamless and the guys who moved all of my things were so friendly and helpful. Massively took the stress out of moving day. Would recommend.

Be very careful if you use this company.  Rude aggressive threatening office staff.  Quote for job, then when furniture loaded onto lorry, demand extra £200 or would take furniture to their store then charge double to deliver.  So stressful one of us ended in hospital after collapsing after a terrible day
