I have found Sabrina to be always caring and considerate. She always talks though my options and ensures that my busy work schedule is taken into account. Sabrina is fantastic and has managed to calm an extremely nervous patient enough that I no longer have the flight feeling.

Good, thorough dentists but very expensive. My biggest bugbear is being given treatment & not having the price agreed first. Having a dentist say "I'll just give them a clean" (after being told you have great oral hygiene) then finding out at reception there's an extra £10 on your £50 check-up really annoys me. Unethical. And to be recommended some earplugs for the teeth grinding I occasionally do & get no pain from, for £500+ ... They're having a laugh.

Superb dental care,over 10 years i have been going ro A.D hewett and i have never had a problem with my teeth which i put down to the service they have provided me.excellent

I had an appointment with Liz the hygienist last Friday, and during my appointment it transpired that one of my back teeth had a fracture. Liz arranged for me to see Sabrina, one of the dentists straight away. I am very scared of the dentist, and when I was told the offending tooth would really need to be extracted I was terrified! The thought of having to go away and then come back at a later date, by which time I would have worked myself into a frenzy of anxiety, was awful. However Sabrina said she could deal with it there and then, and proceeded to completely put me at ease. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be, and I can only thank Sabrina, Liz and the dental nurse for being so kind, patient and caring to me. Although going to the dentist will always be an ordeal for me, they all made it bearable by the kind way they treated me. Thank you.

The actual dental care, technique and professionalism of the dentist and nurse was very very good.
However there were one or two fringe issues which I didn't like. 
Firstly the radio in the waiting room was tuned to a pop music commercial station. The frantic banter of the presenter, relentless adds delivered at a speed which I could not personally speak at! Surely something more calming would be appropriate?
Secondly whilst I was sorting out payment at the reception desk,  one of the dentists and a female member of staff were peering into a computer monitor at a dental jobs site discussing how the jobs on offer were far better than working at Hewetts! Now that may or may not be true, but not something that clients should witness. It does not reassure or fill clients with confidence. 
For the record, the actual reception staff were not involved and behaved very professionally throughout.
