I called these people when my oven broke down. Engineer visited. Could not do anything and still charged. They did not make it clear that they charge when they can do nothing.

Excellent service by Nelson, who will be servicing my boiler annually from now on. He fixed my electrics, mended my boiler, flushed the system and is always very pleasant, trustworthy and chatty. At last I've found someone reliable and trustworthy after many cowboys and chancers.

Always found this company professional, and diligent in finding the source of a problem. Nelson was also good at getting into my loft without a ladder!Although the call out fee seems high, I did not feel overcharged. I would call them first if I have an issue with central heating or any domestic appliance.

My washing machine needed a new pump which was supplied and fitted by Nelson of AB Heating & Domestic. After running one cycle he declared that all had been fixed. Later on the day, we discovered that the washing machine was now filling with the water from the sink. Bearing in mind this had never happened before until the wonderful Nelson came to fix the pump. Upon calling him, he seemed very agitated that I had called and swiftly advised that he would call back as he was busy. That call never came and after almost a week I chased him again. He did not apologise and went straight into telling me what the problem was and advised me to book it in as a new job. When I told him that as he was the last person to look at the washing machine, it would be appropriate of him to come and review the issue as I was very confident the new issue was intrinsically linked to whatever he did previously. Nelson, literally lost the plot and became very aggressive and when I interrupted him, asking him to change his tone he proceeded to hang up the phone. He has subsequently refused to come and assess the issue. Avoid this chap at all cost and don't fall for his fake professional persona that he puts on... you will be left short changed.
