A great experience buying a new built-in oven from Budget Appliances. They were recommended to me by our appliance repair company so I felt confident ordering our chosen oven from them. They still managed to exceed my expectations though, with friendly, speedy service over the phone from Richard and a brilliant price - beating the 'big' retailers hands down. The delivery and installation went very smoothly - arriving on time, polite, friendly, tidy and very carefully installed, as well as taking away our old oven. So pleased with our new oven - it was a pleasure to deal with Budget Appliances from start to finish. Highly recommended.
Fantastic local service where you get an old fashioned personal service with no pressure selling. Told Mark what I was looking for and whereas the larger high street stores would direct you to the pricey end of the scale, he gave me options within my anticipated budget. Gave myself 24 hours to research and went back the following day and purchased an indesit glass top gas hob. They additionally gave me contact details of a local gas fitter who within days had my new unit supplied and fitted. Thanks to all at BA, A service to be proud of that is rare in these days of customers being just a number through the front door. I will certainly be back
Recently bought a new a hob from Budget Appliances and have been very happy with the overall process. In the initial conversation there little sales pressure and were very happy to put me in contact with their gas installer to provide some advice on some of the regulations for whether a wider hob could be installed in the available space After the purchase communication was excellent as they arranged the install
Excellent service from start to finish. The job was quite tricky with lots of stairs to carry a fridge and washer/dryer up, but the guys did an excellent job and were done in no time. Very professional! The prices are great, communication was spot on, and helpful in choosing the goods. I’d definitely use them again , and I’d have no hesitations recommending them to anyone else.
I wanted to purchase a hob, which did not break the bank balance. I found it here in this very fine family run business. As soon as I entered the shop, the manager, Peter, was both informative and really easy to talk to! Great guy who was on hand to provide all the information I required. Although I asked for an appliance that wasn’t too expensive, he showed me a range of hobs within my budget. I ended up Purchasing an Indesit hob without all the bells and whistles. The engineers who came to fit the hob did so in next to no time. Overall, I received an excellent service from start to finish. So if you’re looking for anything electrical I can’t recommend highly enough this hidden gem in Beckenham Budget Electricals find it now and you will not be disappointed.
I’m happy to recommend Budget Appliances. They are so helpful and reliable, and they go that extra mile to find just the right product for you, at the right price. The delivery and installation service is also very good.
This is the fourth appliance we have bought from Budget Appliances of Beckenham over the years. The oven we wanted couldn't be delivered before Christmas and Mark helpfully suggested another upgraded model, which was in stock. The oven was delivered and installed at the agreed time on Saturday and the installer was professional and really helpful. We're really happy with the appliance and want to thank Mark and the team for resolving the delivery issues quickly. Highly recommend them.
I contacted this business as they came up following a Google search. The person I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, giving me great advice on my replacement appliance. Recommend using them.
My dishwasher died just before Christmas and it was suggested I contact this company. They had the new machine I wanted in stock and offered to deliver and install for a fee on January 2nd. I was told I would get an exact timing 2 days before. I duly got the time 9-9.30 and sure enough the installer arrived at 09.10 and the new machine shortly afterwards. 90 minutes later I had my new washer installed and working. All very painless apart from the 10 days we had to wash the plates by hand!.
Cannot recommend this shop highly enough! We purchased a washing machine, tumble dryer, and stacking kit plus removal of old machines plus installation and the price was extremely competitive and reasonable - you wont find cheaper elsewhere. But beyond price, the quality of the service was honesly the best around. From the moment we first went to the shop to get advice, to the absolutely smooth installation we were 100% satisfied. There was a small wait time for the tumble dryer to be recieved into store and they were fab at keeping us up to date. Dont be put off by the plain and simple exterior - these guys know what they're doing!
