This is not against the food but the 'manager' as, after I was rudely spoken to by a member of her staff whom kept saying what? What you on about? when I was trying to explain the meal I wanted instead of trying to help, they then got the order wrong, missing a meal completely so, on delivery I rang to check and, as they had read it back to me assumed it was right and I would be paying extra for delivery. I was quite annoyed that they suggest I collect the extra ... Why ask for delivery? The person apologised but I was rather annoyed and told them so as if they hadn't been so rude to me in the first place I don't feel there would have been a mistake. Imagine my surprise when the 'manager' rang me back and told me I had made a child cry ... Then told me said child had worked there for 5 years..... I asked how old to be told I don't need to know. You cannot still be a child who has worked for that time... Without working under age and have they not come across an annoyed customer before or you have obviously not trained staff to deal with it and I won't be the first or last with a complaint unless you are so perfect??? Do not ring me back unless, as manager, you also change your attitude. I had said as the 'child' said sorry, it didn't matter now and put the phone down. It should have ended there. I had said my piece but no ... The 'manager' rang to tell me off .... Ok. We don't get a Chinese meal often. It will be less now!! You might also want to read the review from Khloe Jade 9 months ago. Seems like we had a similar experience!

They got the order wrong, food was disgusting, called back to say the order was wrong and they was rude on the phone. There was also a small black hair in the food. It was a child speaking and a child that works there didn’t give a refund or even say sorry that the order was wrong. Very disappointed

Our order last night was missing chips and prawn crackers. My husband rang and told them and within 5 to 10 mins they had delivered them. The service was brilliant and the food was equally good.
Ive been going to AAA for 38 years now, but I have to admit not often and only as a last resort, the food is good ,price fair , service friendly and fast, but the portions have always been small, but more importantly the food has always been dry. I had a special curry last month, lots of prawns, meat etc, but virtually no sauce so dry as sticks, just a mouth full of boiled rice. Yesterday though was different, everyone knows the 1st sign of a good curry house is when you get a larger container of sauce than rice, I'm happy to say someone has realized the problem and I had a lovely curry, with the new larger portion of curry it was moist and tasty and still good value and adequate portion size. Well done to AAA for upping their game. I will be a regular customer now and look forward to working my way through the NEW menu.....:-
My friend and I ordered 2 starters and 2 main dishes. We were told that rice was included but said we didn't really want 2 portions of rice and asked if we could substitute. We were told this couldn't be changed. Also we found the prices had gone up significantly from the advertised prices on the website. The total cost was over £21. It would have cheaper to go to a restaurant. Worst of all, the food was very poor. My friend had duck in plum sauce - the duck was so tough it was inedible and we had to throw it out. The prawn toast and spring roll were dripping in grease. At least I'm pleased I went so I know not to go again.
Enjoyed every meal we've had from here, I do find it a little on the expensive side but it's a good meal
Very bland not much too it and I wouldn't go again very expensive for what you get.
