It was my first time going today, and I must say the service was brilliant. I was told I could collect my food in 20 minutes on the app after I’d ordered, and the timing was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and lovely and the food was also very nice. The 20% discount was particularly welcoming and the pizza was definitely worth every penny. I would highly recommend Mario’s pizza to anyone. Definitely 5 stars.
Never had such a bad pizza in my life! We ordered quite late as we had all been working, when it arrived the chips were soggy and the pizzas which was supposed to be 10inch was more like inch. The pizza sauce on them was disgusting, the ham did not taste like ham and we ended up taking one bite then binning it. Absolutely terrible!
It took half an hour for them to confirm my order after taking my money, I called twice trying to contact the restaurant. When they finally answered they confirmed the order and didn't apologise for the wait. The order arrived 20 minutes late and is full of grease it was inedible. I won't be ordering from here again and neither will my family and friends. The only up side is the driver was polite.
The garlic bread was really cold, the chips were severely overcooked/burned, cold and, dry/rubbery, like they’d been left for hours. The burgers were the exact same, the only decent thing was the wedges. Staff seemed friendly but definitely wouldn’t order again not worth the money there’s many cheaper takeaways with much higher food quality.
Hit and miss. 80% of the time it's excellent, food tastes great and delivery is swift. However, today I had an order, it arrived cold and half of the topping had slid off the pizza. In addition to this, the pizza was not cut properly and the chips were tough, almost as if they'd be reheated.
Would give it 0 stars if I could. Decided to buy from here on just eat for a change as I'd never eaten from here and a bacon stuffed crust was very enticing haha! The order took and hour which was fine, came earlier than the told time of arrival. Lovely looking pizza with free chips! Sounds great until.. My partner ate one slice of pizza that I gave him and found a piece of hard rubber with red paint on it!! Nearly broke his tooth. I was scared to eat the pizza after so move onto the chips. There was paper somehow cooked into some chips!! Disgusting. Never have had a worse food experience. They would not issue a refund but are apparently sending out a replacement pizza. Never ordering here again.
Best place to get delivered food East Yorkshire , high quality food, delivered to your door with a smile. Also if you are a new customer no issues with finding you. On time deliveries in these difficult times. Thankyou to the best takeaway people.
Been a regular here for a while and been very happy until tonight. Ordered 20mins before closing for delivery. Can take 40mins on average for delivery. Sat waiting but not arrived over an hour later. Tried calling but they are now closed and no sign of delivery. Taken money out my account. No answer on phone due to it being closed now. Tried using the help/contact section on the app but it comes up with error. I order through app due to it having loyalty discount. In future it IF I order again it will only be done through Just Eat. Once I get in contact with this place I expect ALL my money back. Don't think I will order again to be honest. Especially when they put delivered within a couple of minutes of you putting order in when it's impossible for it to be done that quick. It's only so they get there money before it's even been cooked. Not happy at all and now can't have anything to eat and can't get elsewhere seeing as they have taken my money.
Really really poor, ordered a crispy pizza and it wasn’t cooked in the middle, dough was raw! Got it for delivery and when I rang them they argued it was crispy when it came out of the oven and it was down to delivery distance just had leaflet through door today advertising in our area, this can’t have been the case when raw. I can’t believe how bad it was, never ever again
Great service! Delivery came exactly on time, delivery man was extremely polite. The pizza was exceptional and the toppings were extremely generous. I will be ordering again. :
