Great place to refresh before boarding or in between flights. Welcomed at the front desk. Clean restrooms. Comfortable seating. Food was being replenished as we sat for a drink. Staff were cleaning up tables as people departed. Nice view of planes taxing in to gate. I would recommend.
Spacious airport lounge for multiple airlines think Delta or American lounge. Clean with friendly staff. There are multiple food and beverage options, including a full bar. Many tables have USB ports. Toilets are clean but no separate dress area to freshen up.
Not impressed. Flying from Dublin to DC United Polaris. As part of the " Polaris Expierience" you get access to the 51st & Green Lounge at Dublin Airport. I must say I'm disappointed. 1st issue is that the place was crowded. I was traveling with my Wife and Son and it was difficult to find any where to be able to sit together. We had to walk around for 10 minutes before we wedged ourselves into high counter hars seats. Not very comfortable. However we were not the only ones looking for seating so it was a large game of musical chairs watching for people getting ready to leave and the closest family jumping on them. Number 2 was the food. The breakfast bar was mostly cleared out and it took a while for them to restock. The hash browns where hard and cold. On the good side they had a chicken and stuffing sandwich I really liked. So I'm hoping the "Polaris Experience " gets better once I get on the plane.
I arrived early and has a nice, comfortable sunrise view at a window. The entire team was super nice, the reception team member, Lorraine, was a delight in a sea of being a number at the airport genuinely was welcoming. The breakfast selection was good - eggs, baked beans, steamed tomatoes, cheese, breads and cold local yogurt. The coffee bar was nice too. I didn't start the day off with an Irish coffee Jameson whiskey and coffee but it was nice for the option.
Fantastic lounge overall! They have an open bar with coffee, and any alcoholic drinks you could ask for, along with an open buffet and comfortable seating. Bathrooms are also clean and at the level you expect.
Very friendly girl on front desk. Good food and drink, nice to relax before a long flight to the US
Great experience but over priced, 45 euros for ordinary food nothing at all. Nice view T2 Lounge much better for price.
Great food selection. From salad, bread, pita, soups, 2 choices of hot food, cookies, cheeses…and much more. Delicious! Very open space, huge windows, comfortable chairs, plenty of outlets for electronics. Super clean restrooms. Best of all: The location! Next to taxiways and ramp. Always something to watch!
I entered via a business ticket. I wouldn't pay for it otherwise. The breakfast although plenty of options were similar to budget hotels options. Staff were mostly friendly. Facilities were clean, WiFi fast and the view of the runway is a plus. There are plenty of seats and outlets for devices. I was there between 7:15am and 8:30am and it was about 50% full.
Business class only. Yet labeled as a delta sky lounge. I could not get a business class ticket due to timing of when I had to schedule the ticket. I have access via many other CC programs and other travel groups. Yet this lounge is really only a third party that is here for business/first class tickets only. They need to clean up how the lounge is presented across its partners or accept customers based on all the programs their partners use for lounge access.
