A wonderful pub with delicious food! I came here with my mum at the weekend, and we had a lovely time. Our waitress Kamilla was brilliant, she was so welcoming and helpful, and really made our time here special : Thank you Kamilla. We will definitely be back soon :D Vegetarian options: Lovely avo and mango salad! And a plant burger and nut roast :D
Loved the fish and chips , the haddock was so tender . I enjoyed the Apple crumble as well . Great serviceFood: 5/5
Cozy and cute pub that has some seriously delicious food menu options and lovely attention to detail. Everything we ate was not only delicious but looked amazing. We stumbled in here during a bit of a lunch rush but the staff was so kind and very accommodating despite it all. I highly recommend the bangers and mash but honestly everything we had was prepared so well.
Food a little disappointing but a nice pub, lovely staff, good vibes.Food: 3/5
Food: The Halloumi fries were the highlight of the meal as we thought that and the dip were very good. However the Sunday roast we felt was just average... It wasn't bad but it wasn't amazing either it was a very middle of the road experience for us especially but it was meant to be the star of the show. That being said, the variety and the amount of food that you're given for the price you pay is really good, the portions are very generous. Service: Our waitress was very very attentive to our needs and was very lively and interactive with us and that was a good touch. She provided some good service which made the experience better. Atmosphere: Its really hard to say, I gave it a 3 because no one else was there when we arrived at noonish and it wouldn't really be fair to give it anything else. When we left, a few more patrons did come in though! Vegetarian options: They have a nut roast vegan or vegetarian option on their menu.
Absolutely delicious roast! This is by far the best roast we’ve had for a long time. Great atmosphere, excellent service and good value. We opted for the roast to share. It includes pork belly, half a chicken and beef that is cut to order. Mouth watering flavours. Very impressive. Only one preference would be to have crispier potatoes but just a personal preference. Thank you to Anna & Kama for the warm reception and excellent customer service. We will return for sure and we’ll bring friends!! The roast to share and two glasses of Malbec totalled £75 including 10% service charge.
Came here for a Sunday roast at 1330 and was able to get a seat but it was full. They had a good selection of beers on tap and a very decent food menu. Ordered the beef roast and it was a very healthy portion and delicious. Service was super friendly and fast. Can't fault here and will be back again on my next visit.
Not a preplanned visit, but a casual 'walk-in' off the street. What a find, a great pint of Sharpes IPA, excellent food, halloumi fries & calamari starters followed by wild boar bangers'n'mash and a chicken'n'ham hock pie. Really good value, especially for the westend and brilliant service. Will happily go back again Food: 5/5
What a wonderful discovery this place was! Searching for a tasty Sunday Roast in London can often be a real challenge, and as a vegetarian an ever bigger challenge! However, this was perfect! Super tasty meals, intimate, quiet, and most certainly off the well-trodden touristy areas of Piccaddily. We had no reservation but the staff kindly found us a place so we could indulge ourselves. Thoroughly recommend visiting!
Lovely, friendly pub with good food. Slight issue with the apple and rhubarb crumble with creme anglaise - they didn't have creme anglaise and thought just putting some sorbet on top would do the trick! So custard lovers beware. But the problem was fixed with a smile when i asked, and really the service was great, especially from Anna who was so friendly and looked after us very well.
