These guys are quite frankly a bunch of intergalactic legends. Placed an order online, one of the items was out of stock so they rang me before sending and upgraded it to a better item for free. Then they recommended a smaller size in another item because it’s big fitting. Got it all next day. You don’t get better customer service than that. Hero grade. 10/10 would bang.
Purchased an item 5 weeks ago which hasn't arrived. I was issued a tracking number by the 420 Skate Store however, it did not appear to be valid. Tried contacting the vendor multiple times by email and phone to clarify the situation. NO REPLY and NO acknowledgement of my emails being received/reviewed or addressed. I requested the money to be refunded via email but had NO REPLY. Luckily, I purchased this item with PayPal who has a dispute resolution mechanism and hopefully will get the cost of this item refunded. IF YOU LIKE PAYING FOR THINGS THAT WILL NEVER ARRIVE AND ENJOY CHASING YOUR PURCHASE WITH NO REPLY OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT - 420 SKATE STORE IS ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO BURN YOUR HARD EARNED CASH.
I purchased a a black Aspire pocket vape from this store and found the staff very helpful, however the charging facility fell out within 3 weeks, I took the product back to the shop, the assistants remembered me and although I had a valid receipt they produced their returns policy and told me The would not exchange, replace or 'fix' the item. Personally I would never use this store again.
Great skate shop - custom builds no problem. Awesome staff- very knowledgable on all the vast range in store - you talk to guys that are winging it but these have been there and done it for real. If you want it and they haven't got it- they will get it. Highly recommended!
Walked past and noticed they sell premium vape equipment. Ended up spending on a new RDA and juice. Very very nice gear in here! A must for anyone vaping in Weymouth.
One of the Worst shopping experiences ever ordered item never received any confirmation for a 3-2 day parcel 7 days later I called them and was told it would be sent for me that day and I’d revive it the following day and apologised to as it wasn’t even sent at all not sure why. Then when I called back the next day as I still didn’t receive my item they’d took the money for they told me they dont know who I spoke to but the item was no longer even in stock and offered me the display one which was damaged at the same price....honestly one of the worst stores I’ve ever used and the service absolutely dire. I shop many skate stores across the UK nativeskatestore sluggerskatestore etc. 420 skate store are absolutely awful I would avoid them at all costs
