There was an unfortunate system failure and my boyfriend's order of a new laptop was not properly processed. Because if this, the laptop was never dispatched and wasn't available on the collection time. After a few hours waiting around town to hear about what was happening, we were told the laptop had not arrived. Sadly, it would've been impossible for him to reorder it and collect the laptop at any other time so we had to look at cancelling it. However, the LOVELY staff offered him a newer, better, more expensive model for the same price as the other one. I was completely shocked at this customer service, as it seemed outrageously generous. The staff were really absolutely lovely and i couldn't have been happier with how they responded. The whole time they were polite and honest, and very keen and eager to help. I think the lady who served us deserved a pay rise! Her and her manager were both brilliant.

Very poor customer service,we waited over 20 mins after it was announced that our item was ready for collection. Staffs response was "were training new staff for xmas" then these people wonder why more of us shop online.i won't make the same mistake again!!

The Weymouth branch is pretty much the same as most argos stores around the UK, but you are pretty close to the beach while you shop there.
