I've had issues both times i purchased something from here. They refunded with no issues (only reason for 2 stars) but i no longer trust anything they have. Shop smells funny too. :-/

Feels a bit like the Tk Maxx of electronics. Good bargains. Bit mix and match. Staff were friendly and polite, GameCube we got as trade in was excellent condition. They beat GAME's trade in quote by a long shot as well.

The games are some cheap but I don't like the prices of the next gen consoles as ps4 or Xbox one. Its too expensive £150-£200 because it's 2nd hand consoles and it supposed to be cheaper. I had a lot of problems with Cex when I buyed my Xbox 360

Terrible customer service,I brought a Xbox one in Cex for a family members Christmas present.I got the Xbox home only to find it was not in the perfect condition they made it out to be in,it was loud and the controller didn’t work.I went into the store and they said “give us 40mins” I came back and it worked perfectly but they claimed it was fine in the first place.I didn’t trust the but they refused to give me a refund even though I brought it back in within the 48 hour time zone. It’s been two days since the Xbox was “fixed” and it’s back buzzing excessively but I’m not risking Cex as the people in there don’t even help may as well spend £200/£300 on a new one than go in the shop to get verbal abuse from the staff.Hopefully the place will be gone soon for selling broken goods.
