Highly recommended. Carl was extremely professional, provided an easy to understand exercise regime to be performed outside of the sessions 
and ultimately, his intervention (exercises and trigger point massages for a tight [limited mobility] and painful shoulder) resulted in great improvement.

Struggled with neck pain and after trying a chiropractor i decided to give physio a try.  After 3-4 sessions i notice an amazing difference and i am now pain free.  Would recommend Carl as he has all but cured me.  Extremely professional and informative.

I received treatment for a sprained ankle which I injured while playing netball. The physio was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. I was back on court in a few weeks and very happy with my treatment. I would definitely recommend and use again myself 5*
