Nigel was recommended to me by a friend who had suffered with back pain for over two years and had tried several treatments only to end up in the same condition and with the same level of pain over and over again. Eventually he found Nigel and after only two sessions was pain free and felt like Nigel had given him a new back! After visiting a number of physios over a period of two to three months for symptoms of sciatica myself, Nigel was recommended to me by my friend with the new back! I visited Nigel twice late in 2017 and the results were amazing, he got straight to the point and went to work on the area that was causing the issue, relieving me of the pain I had and giving me a program to follow in order to stay fit, healthy and pain free. The treatment itself was quiet painful, but Nigel explained that it would be if I wanted to see the best results. I found him to be very honest as he explained he could go nice and easy on me and charge me for many more sessions to get the results he could achieve in one or two sessions if that's what I preferred (sarcasm from Nigel)! I was given a number of exercises to do by Nigel and after the first session he called me several times to see how I was and how my back had reacted to the treatment and subsequent exercises he had asked me to do. If it's a back problem that's bothering you, Be Well Feel Well is the place for you. Very highly recommended.

THE BACK MAGICIAN IS FINALLY BACK- I tried many specialists in lower back pain before seeing Nigel, even those guys with more reviews than him now. At the time he had the most reviews on here and I was recommended by a friend so thought I’d give him a try as I was bed ridden for almost 2 months and no one else’s treatment was helping my situation, I went to 3 different chiropractors in Leeds and one guy in Pudsey. I had a couple of acupuncture treatments and also Thai massage. It was all a very slow process and you was made to buy bulk sessions with the chiropractors and they’d tell you to buy 10 or 15 sessions. I noticed they took their time to even crack my lower back just to use up my sessions. I did lots of research on this over the two month period and realised I was being ripped off. By the time I contact Nigel I was laid out on the floor and couldn’t move except to go to the toilet, I couldn’t sit either and used a walking stick to walk, i was in extreme pain. He came to mine I paid for his taxi here and back to his. Before he left he had me standing and bending again, he took nearly 1-2 hours helping me out and only charged me for one session. 2 days later I felt a massive difference and was able to drive again which I wasn’t able to do for 2 months, so I went to his place this time. Again he did what he does best and again 2 days after his session I was completely fixed. He said you can come back if you need to but you’ll be wasting your money, he gave me excercises to do regularly and said if you stick to these you won’t need to come back but if you don’t the pain will start again. He called me fair few times after to see how I was getting on and gave me lots of advice over the phone. The next minor back problem started a year later but seemed like he stopped working and his last reviews on here was a long time ago and the number was off. Few months later I tried again as I had a upper back and shoulder injury. Finally his phone was on and told me he hasn’t done any treatments for a very long time due to personal circumstances. Went to see him and took just the 1 session to relieve my pain in my upper back and shoulders and just went to see recently for a minor lower back problem compared to the last time anyway and felt I had to finally leave him a google review. Very welcoming, friendly and deffo knows what he’s doing, he will put you through some pain and the next couple days you’ll be sore from his treatment too but then once that wears off you’ll feel much much better. If you haven’t tried him already or have sciatica, piriformis syndrome and any other injuries I would definitely recommend him, all his reviews on here speak for themselves. If you don’t want to waste your money, Nigel is your man.

I need to say a big thank you to Nigel. I had my first appointment on Saturday 28th July. Nigel fitted me into his busy schedule on a Saturday morning. I have problems with right knee and right wrist. Nigel gave a thorough examination and assessed what he and I could do to help get them pain free. Nigel gave me a few exercises to do and asked me to come back this week to see how things were going. Nigel also said that if I have any problems to call him. It was nice to be able to talk to someone and then get a frank and honest answer in words that can be understood. I could tell that Nigel really likes what he does and will do his utmost to help any client that steps over this threshold. I can honestly say he gives great advice and will be recommending him to friends and family. Look forward to the next session and a pain free future..

I have had a bad back on and off now for over 5 years and had numerous physiotherapists try to help sort me out. I have been to see Nigel about 10 times and can now even touch my toes, which I thought I would never be able to do again. He has said all along he would not be able to fix my back but can help me manage the pain and stiffness that I experience and become more flexible. I think his knowledge is excellent and he explains everything in a simple way that I now understand why I have problems and what I need to do to help make things better. Nigel is also a very interesting character which makes the sessions not a chore, as it helps take your mind off the pain. I have recommended Nigel to a number of my friends, 2 of them had an assessment then one session and have not had to go back to see him again as he fixed their issue. Thanks Nigel you're a star!!

Nigel is the don! Seriously I've suffered with sciatica for over 12 years and have incredibly painful episodes on a regular basis. The most recent of which has lasted for around 4 months now. I'd honestly given up. Every episode I would go back to my GP and hear the same question.. 'What pain killers would you like?'. I work long hours as an IT consultant so you can imagine I spend all of my time sitting in front of a computer and rarely have chance to move about. Think it's fair to say my job and my health problems have been battling each other for sometime now. Although the painkillers make it more comfortable I've never felt like I have been doing anything to improve my problem and although the painkillers work they make me less productive which can be really frustrating. Around 3 weeks ago I hit rock bottom and started to look into sciatica pain on the internet. I read a few articles that suggested physiotherapy could be one way to help improve things so I punched in 'Physiotherapy Bradford' and began reading through the results. Be Well Feel Well honestly looked to good to be true. 5 star ratings and people claiming they had been cured in one visit etc. This really isn't something you often see!! So I thought.. Go on.. give it go... and I'm so glad I did! Please believe these reviews Nigel is truly gifted. He's a wonderful guy and knows exactly how to adjust to his target audience. I'm a big guy 6ft 10inch and really needing pushing to get going. Nigel took the hard line with me and I can't thank him enough for being there. Nigel has not only reduced my pain levels to a zero he's also given me the kick up the bum I needed to take a grip of the situation myself. I really don't think Nigel knows just how infectious his passion and enthusiasm is!! I don't want this to sound cheesy or a bit over the top but it really has been a life changing experience. I now feel 100% confident that I'm not going to hurt myself more by using the exercise techniques Nigel has given to me. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has talked me through every aspect of my symptoms and in turn what he has then needed to do to treat them. I now feel like I could talk to any other health professional and explain in detail what my problems are. I had no clue about my symptoms other than the fact I was suffering with sciatica pain before I met Nigel. If you feel like I did and don't think it's ever going to get any better and that your going to be taking meds for the rest of your days you need to give Be Well Feel Well a go. Pick up the phone and call!! You will not regret it. Tim
