I recently attended the Physio department at Sano in Pudsey. My Physio was Sarah Hearn who had the difficult job of repairing my Achilles tendon. Having had an Achilles tendon injury on my other ankle which with almost no advice what so ever turned into a nightmare, ending up with my leg in pot. The tendon was nearly completely torn. I then had a surgical boot fitted and had to wear it for 12 weeks with no driving, then a further 10 months physiotherapy at St James. I was terrified that it could happen again. Sarah applied ultra sound for the first few visits and reassured me it would take considerable time for it to heal. I kept to her advice playing no golf or exercise, only very short walks on flat surfaces to keep the tendon moving but not under stress. It took a long time about 4 months but I'm back playing golf. Thanks a lot Sarah, I think you got the recovery details pretty much right. Be nice to see you again but if I do I'll probably be injured.
Very good service to help with a RTC injury caused by a hit and run driver. Deniz Birey is a very pleasant young woman who is very pleasant to deal with. Appointments are always fit around your schedule. Would definitely recommend using their physiotherapy service. Thanks you
After a football injury left me unable to do anything of note with my injured knee for six months I decided to go for physio. I was very quickly diagnosed, given exercises and advice, and after six sessions I'm back playing football again. Lovely people who obviously know their shizzle. Couldn't be happier!
Tried the Pilates class with Deniz today and it was absolutely brilliant! Great class structure and explanations, plus in certain exercises she offers variations depending on your level, so perfect for begginers and also experienced people. As a physio, she also gave alternatives for people with injuries so they could still enjoy the class. Definitely recommend it, had so much fun!
I have been seen on 3 separate occasions at Sano, Guiseley. Deniz has been my physio. Her attention to detail is excellent. I have had acupuncture on my back and neck and this process has helped me with pain management. Deniz is very knowledgeable and always professional. At every step of the way she explains the process and offers complete reassurance. I have seen her recently for a problem with my knee. I am currently waiting for an MRI scan to diagnose the problem. In the meantime, having physio with Deniz. She always offers support and guidance with all of the exercise and I would highly recommend her on so many levels. She is professional, knowledgeable, supportive and is always willing to explain any process with enthusiasm. She is absolutely wonderful and a credit to Sano.
My therapist Nav Singh was very knowledgeable and attentive, guided me well via the exercises he gave me, and was helpful with the various other problems I have picked up from the car accident, as-well-as from work. I would definitely recommend both him and Sano physiotherapy for use in future.
I had issues with my Achilles tendon that were sorted quickly by Deniz at Sano. Excellent and efficient experience with helpful exercises that helped speed up my recovery.
from start to finish my appointment was excellent the physiotherapist spoke to me about my condition then accessed my medical notes to ensure he knew exactly what could be happening to me. He explained everything to me in plain English could not fault my appointment would recommend it.

I have always had a great experience here, from the moment Linda welcomes you to the extensive work done with back and neck problems by Ollie and more recently Sarah. Everyone has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I recommend them all highly and the prices are very reasonable too. Sano Physiotherapy in Pudsey is absolutely fantastic and I recommend them wholeheartedly without any incentive to do so. If you have injuries or problems like migraines consider to book in as it’s amazing what can be done when you are in the hands of a specialist.
