Many thanks to Lukas for his professional work. After contacting him on an urgent problem relating to a broken lock, he had a flexible response. He was considerate and proactive in reaching my location, in spite of parking restrictions where I live. He worked diligently and professionally in fixing the problem. After payment was made, confirmation receipt was received straight away. Thank you for the excellent quality of service.
Lost my moped rear wheel lock keys and they gave me a quote of £195 and if I take it to them £115 while local garage BR Bikes Whitechapel charged me £40 quid to take it with a van and take the lock off I knew I’ll find the key which I did next day and they happily put it back on for me free. The owner Rodrigo is the nicest chap ever while locksmith I’d never use again rip off
Really efficient and professional when he came. Friendly and did an excellent job. First time using any locksmith to open my door and did everything smoothly! His experience really showed.
Quoted a price of £59 over the phone. When the locksmith arrived at the address he tried to pressure my family member who was one here own to pay over £300 as it was really "complicated". When she said forget about it then, he was then able to find an easier way for £106. I have no problem with paying £106 for a locksmith but the dishonest greedy behaviour is sickening.
Lukas came out and helped us with replacing our locks after we were scammed by a company a few nights prior. He was very helpful, showing up exactly on time and changing the locks within 15 minutes. He also cleaned up the mess made by the other person despite that not being his responsibility. 10/10 would use again and will definitely recommend to friends!
Lukas is a genuinely lovely and interesting bloke. Very happy I contacted him. I needed a snapped key removed from my M/C and the service that Lukas offers is virtually non existent in London. Communication was excellent. He was punctual, confident and well prepared and did what he said he could do. I hope he continues in the business for many years to come as he is the bloke you need to get you out of a tough situation. I’m sure if we’d have crossed paths under different circumstances I have no doubt we would have regular beers together. Top bloke who will be my go to guy from now on.
Can’t thank Lukas enough, I managed to loose all the keys to my Piaggio. After too many emails and telephone calls to list and ridiculous quotes from dealers, I received an email reply from 247 locksmiths. I’d been told by other companies that the only option was to buy a new ECU and ignition lock set £1000 ish. Lukas gave me 2 options, he could come to me and sort it or I could send him the parts. I opted for the latter and within a few days I had my reprogrammed ECU back along with 2 keys master and service. I can’t recommend this company enough and if you’re in the same boat, don’t hesitate to give him a call. Thanks Lukas, top job! Chris
Lukas was prompt, polite, and helpful. Sorted my issue within 5 minutes and at a reasonable price. Recommended!
Quoted £59 labour on the phone and then cost of the part. Told the cheapest part is £45. The locksmith sold me some B/S how the lock needed a special lock which cost £110. I was in a desperate situation, he knew that & took advantage. Had to pay it only to find out since you can buy the lock he installed for £10! Total rip off.
So i have a KTM 990 SINGLE KEY and wanted copies of my existing key.247 Have made new keys and copied my existing transponder chip. I cannot thank them enough for the fast turn around and quality service they have provided. Highly recommended to anyone with similar issues with broken damaged or solo keys that need replacing and or copies. fantastic
