This has got to be the most quickest, most reliable and the most cleanest launderette in London! I needed my suit trousers tailored AND washed AND ironed in 2 Hours and boy did they deliver!!! They gave me my trousers done with perfection and precision!!. Thanks again!! Putting that aside, they're very welcoming and give the best of customer service!
Gave 2 white trousers, they were returned completely creased. They would have looked better better if I had just washed and ironed them myself! The lady insisted that they did good work, despite the state in which my clothes were. I still paid to avoid trouble, but will definitely not use them again!
I am so disappointed with the service here. I took a dress in for repair and when I collected it, they had done such a bad job I had to ask them to undo what they had done, they had made such a mess of such a beautiful, expensive dress. Customer service was appalling, they called me a liar, saying the dress was in this state when I brought it in - it wasn't. And then the proceeded to charge me too much for the dry cleaning of a jumper. I highly recommend you avoid this place if you value your clothes! Another thing, they couldn't quote me a price until 2 days after I put the items in, I had to visit the shop 4 times to get a quote and to get my clothes back.
Charged me £15 for “washing” my double sized bed sheets which had dry banana stains. Gave them back with the SAME stains, I could scratch the banana off my sheets.
They are a bit price for the region. I was charged 18 pounds for a suit, when other Dry Cleaners charge 12.5!
Service is good... But 18£ for washing 10 socks and ironing 1 shirt is way too expensive even for London come on
