Been ordering here for a while now, I live out in a little village so not many places deliver to me. Every time I order the food is perfect. The kebabs are brilliant, both shish and donner, and there is no gristle in the lamb donner meat either. But in my opinion the best thing they do are the pizzas. They are delicious and always get delivered hot despite me living 15/20 minutes away.
Over an hour for a mid day delivery. £4 for cheesey chips and they are cold and like cardboard and the two cans of drinks that were ordered didn’t arrive. Driver gave me a load of coins as refund for the drinks instead of offering to return. Terrible service. Oh and the pizza is also cold
ordered online . A doner kebab. A chicken kebab and chicken nuggets. And what gets delivered is 2 chicken kebabs. And nuggets. And the chicken kebabs had 7 bits of chicken in each. Feel completely ripped off. How can they get it so wrong when it's all in writing online?????? And took over an hour for delivery
GLEAMING!! These guys know how to cook and serve a kebab. WOW I have tried various items from the menu and I have to say that it it served to perfection every time. I am a huge fan of Turkish/Kurdish kebab restaurants and I consume at least 3 or 4 weekly I can't rave about this place enough! The customer service is brilliant as well. Nice one guys
ordered a large chips with my food and literally got hardly any, I might as well off ordered a small chips and saved my money.

Staying locally and fancied a takeaway pizza instead of going out for a meal. Found this place nearby and loved it. Nicely cooked and delicious, the whole family loved it. Just what we needed and very friendly service. Thank you
I ordered the food from the wrong restaurant Woodbridge rather than Rendlesham - It says I have collected the food, but they won't pick up the phone and I have yet to receive a refund for failing to pick up the phone and discuss ways to organise delivery.
Always great service and one of my favourite takeaways, I've been a customer for years, if they make a mistake let's face it we are all human and we all make them zorbas staff correct the order to the best of their ability and are extremely hard working in the kitchen.
Often use this takeaway but this evening utterly appalled at the service. Waiting ages for food due to a mix up on theirbown wrbsite re address. Waited 2 hours for food, which was then damaged & cold. The owner John was extremely rude on the telephone beyond any kind of customer service. Will not use again, had to order from Martlesham Pizza at 10pm on a Saturday night!
