Very bad if I can give them less than one star, I would. I made it clear to the waiter I can't have pork, but he brought a dish with pork. I was expecting to get replacement, but he took that plate of my bill and didn't compensate me with another dish.
ZIZZI one of most famous Italian restaurant chain in England like American brand called Olive Garden in USA they are almost at most High streets in London same menu at all restaurants lasagnas, Pizzas,Pastas and salads with different ingredients I must say food is bit standart but their pizzas are very tasty just like my taste garlic bread with mozarella and hanging prawns as starter very good.I tried Richmond and chiswick branches at both restaurants service was fine they are trying their best....

The food served quickly, staff are friendly, total contactless from order to bill payment over the website. The food is good but I must say I had even better Italian food. It possibly could be my high expectations on the place considering its one of the big chain of Italian food.
We went here for Mother’s Day with my mum and mother in law. We have been to this branch before and other Zizi’s and had a really lovely meal but this was terrible!! The service was slow - some things we had to ask for 3 or 4 times before they arrived. My dad had to wait a long time for his starter, we’d all finished ours by the time he received it, and it was only because he asked that he did. When confronted about it the manager came and said “you only had to wait 4 minutes, I looked on the system!” But he was so rude about it and it was definitely more than 4 minutes! 3 of us ordered prawn starters that came with no sauce or salad that it was supposed to have. Some people’s mains came cold and we had to chase my niece’s meal, again the manager was rude when we asked him where it was… to top it all off we wanted to pay cash, and we were not made aware beforehand that they didn’t take cash, maybe just a reminder when booking or entering would be helpful? The sign at the front isn’t obvious or visible really. Everything took so long we were there for four hours and as we were getting ready to go the manager told us we had to leave. Believe me we were pleased to go! All in all it was the worst experience in a restaurant I’ve ever had. Yes, it’s a busy day but that in my opinion is no excuse! If you can’t talk to customers nicely or navigate a busy day then maybe managing a restaurant isn’t for you!
Excellent reception and dedicated customer service. Ronald the assisting manager was very alert towards customers and quick to attend if the regular waitresses/waiters were busy serving other visitors. Truly enjoyed the experience.
Waited 45minutes for our starters, and only brought out 2 out of 4 of them. Then had to wait an extra 15minutes for the other 2. Multiple tables around us were complaining and asking for the manager to talk to him about the subpar service. It seemed as if they were prioritising uber/deliveroo over their in-dining customers which was very irritating. They didnt add any service charge onto our bill, which means they knew their service was below standard. They definitely need to lift their service standards!
We were visiting Richmond and stopped in here for a bite to eat. Delicious thin crust pizza, friendly service and plenty of seating. I would recommend.Food: 5/5
We went on Mother's Day, it was quite busy but the service was terrible. We waited half an hour just for our drinks to come. I ordered the calamarifor starter. Wheit finally came it was too chewey and not at all seasoned. For my main prawn linguine, and by the time it came, they forgot the prawns. The food was good otherwiseFood: 2/5
