This is a lovely Italian restaurant it is immaculately clean the servers are friendly and informed the toilets are well appointed and clean the food was exceptional and at a very reasonable price there is a car park opposite which is, traffic permitting 30 seconds to 1 minute walk away, I will definitely be going there again and anyone that is travelling to the area I would highly recommend try it.
Very lovely and spacious Italian restaurant, location is perfect on high street. Staff friendly and efficient! The food was delicious and variety on kids menu is excellent. The size of the Rustic pizza is generous. For dessert we tried the caramlaized banana waffle with icecream and that was on pointe! Will be a regular there.

Food was nice, good portion size. But it was a Saturday night and we were passive aggressively asked at 9.40 if we wanted the bill?! We were still drinking our coffees! The staff began sweeping the floor around us at 9.45, and it became very apparent we were not welcome to relax and stay to chat over our after dinner coffees. Not ideal to be made to feel very unwelcome at 9.45pm on a Saturday night.
This place looks really nice from the outside but the food is questionable. I ordered the calamari for starter and as it came out my first thought was it needed a couple of weeks in the sun. It was bland and the batter was crumbling. I had king prawn linguine for main and I’m sorry but the M&S ready meal is 10 times better. The staff were lovely the food didn’t match.
It’s a good job looks can’t kill. We walked in and asked the lady if she had a table for four available, the reaction was as if we had asked her for one of her organs!!!! Once seated, the food was good and the waitress was LOVELY!

Food was delicious, great choice for children and adults. The service was excellent and our children were made to feel very welcome. Will definitely return.Food: 5/5
Waited 20 minutes to be served. 40 minutes for starters garlic bread then another 40 minutes for our main. Even the bill took 15 minutes to come. Just make sure you book a day of work if you want to eat here. Food was okay
Recently came here with my wife, 2 year old and our newborn. We were greeted and served by Okan, who we have been served by before in various restaurants in Epsom. As always, he was very warm in his welcome and really went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and happy. Especially with the kids! Good to see him in Banstead now! In true Zizzi fashion, food was delicious in a warm cosy atmosphere.
