Good food okay service! Beware we wanted ham on a margarita and an egg it was £8 extra! And the ham was certainly not worth a £1 let alone 5!!! We sent back for more ham and had it returned with cold ham shoved on the top and a chef with an attitude. On a plus side black olives, red onion, are free additions to any pizza Download the app and get free doughbslls. If your table all downloads the app you ALL get free doughballs saving £4.50 each!! Your welcome.

Nice spacious pizza express. Very good staff service
Service was abysmal. We did get free items because of the terrible service but we had to ask rather than offered. Sent my pizza back as barely any cheese. Tried to argue I'd have tk pay for extra but a cheese pizza should have ample cheese on in the first place. This restaurant has definitely dropped standards in recent years. The fact they are so quick to give money off just shows lack of interest from them to just be better in the first place.
Today Pizza Express Banstead hosted a party for my daughter. I cannot thank the gentleman who ran the party enough! The children all had the most amazing time and to top it off they all had yummy food too! I would highly recommend their party package, thanks again pizza express Banstead! Took my Granddaughter for dinner Saturday 12th November. On arrival Ava was given colouring book and pencils. We were seated at a lovely corner table with sofas and chairs. Drinks were served promptly starters were then taken with our main course. Staff were so lovely, and asked if we were both ok and if we needed anything else when passing. Manager took his time to come over to talk to Ava and was very kind he also asked if everything was to our satisfaction. Which I must say it was. Food was delicious and Ava who is 5yrs is a very fussy eater but will admit she ate everything and said it was much better than her mummy's pizza Had a great time would definitely recommend and will be returning. Been to many different pizza express outlets, I have say this one is up there with one of the best. Great staff, great food. Definitely recommend. Thanks to all and see you soon. Kid-friendliness: All the staff make my daughter feel super special!

We went to a kids pizza party last weekend with 18 wonderfully excited 6/7 year olds. Farook was absolutely brilliant, making the children laugh as he tossed pizza dough at the parents while teaching the kids how to make their own special pizzas. He was really entertaining and kept them all under control. Really great experience there - highly recommend.
