Food was good,we only ordered small plates  as we didn't have much time, restaurant is clean and tidy and popular for a Tuesday night! Service was a bit slow but you be fair they were busy and didn't appear to have as much wait staff as maybe needed. Staff were super friendly and helpful where they could be. Enjoyed a lovely Birthday meal with my family.  Double celebrating    as I am a twin.  Delicious food  & very helpful and friendly staff.  Scarlet our waitress was amazing.  Will definitely be coming back soon.

We were a table of 12. We were seated in an area inside that was really cold. We all kept our coats on the whole of the way through the meal. Even with our coats on we were still uncomfortably cold. They had plug in mobile heaters but we couldn't feel any heat even though they were pointed directly at us. It kind of tarnished the whole meal. We'd have left and gone somewhere else but would have been tricky to find another restaurant that could take a table for 12 with no notice. Food was hit and miss. My food was great but others in my group weren't happy with theirs. On the whole it seems like a nice restaurant, nice layout and atmosphere. The staff were nice too. But just freezing cold and food is a lottery. Probably safer to go in the summer.

The pizzas are like the best around but this particular branch is just falling to pieces.  1 ants in summer all around the edge. When advised staff they already knew and were happy with them there 2 staff always change every time we go there maybe once a month 3 no heating in winter December 4 stopped bothering with the complimentary crisps 5 pizza oven no longer works 6 half the menu is unavailable  Hopefully all these issues get resolved as the food is the best in town… we even like the zizzi pizza you can now buy in Tesco etc which I guess is closest chance to a zizzi pizza you’ll get in Camberley :

I thought that Zizi was a good chain for food, oh how wrong was I. I ordered my pizza for delivery and it was cold, soggy and downright disgusting. Having to put my 15 pound pizza in the microwave is an outrage, if I wanted this I could’ve just put a supermarket pizza in the oven. Alex, the manager, was blaming me for the problem with the food he is serving. The customer service is poor at this restaurant. Do not buy food from here.

Cutting back to save cost and charging the customer more for the privilege. Food was cold and missing toppings. Disappointing to see standards drop so far.

Quite disappointing, feels like it’s gone downhill in recent years. Understaffed, grubby furniture and cheesy smelling toilets.  The food wasn’t great either - calamari just tasted of batter and salt while all the pizzas were smothered in cheese.  It used to be nice.

I have left a review with 4 stars about 9 months ago and have revisited a couple of times afterwards. However I feel like it's about time zizi improves on certain things. I felt like my Sofia Ristica pizza was prepared in a hurry thus lucking it's original taste. Secondly I ordered fresh mint tea with honey. Unfortunately I was told they don't have honey but sugar. Nevertheless some of the mint leaves in the tea were half brown instead of green. Please don't be only profit driven... be consistent with service quality.

Very busy but only had 2 staff serving on the tables. Long gaps between each course. We had a red letter voucher which was advertised as a 3 course meal. Got told we couldn't use it on the 3 course meal! We could only spend less than £42. We didn't have time for dessert as we had cinema tickets included in the voucher. We arrived in plenty of time but because of the lack of staff, we had to rush off. Nobody checked on us once our meal was served. Had to ask 3 times for water. This was supposed to be an anniversary treat for my husband and I. Such a shame!

Visited last night 7pm 16/06/22, prebooked an outside table online via Zizzi's website, easy. Lovely warm evening, Initial greeting was welcoming we were shown outside & allowed to choose a table, all good . Within a minute or two the front of House Manager, James introduced himself, very polite, warm and welcoming, we were informed about the new Speedy Zizzi's web ordering, We both found this system a bit clunky, not great to navigate, not ideal really and decided against using it, maybe an app guys like Pizza Express's would be better, inc loyalty promotions, deals etc?. Bear in mind this is the 1st time visiting this restaurant in 2 yrs, pre covid used to come almost monthly, so was hoping for similar Great Service & Very Good food. James looked after us throughout the whole evening, was superb, not over bearing, or pushy at all, nothing was too much, James #GREAT SERVICE an asset. So, onto Food & Drinks, #DRINKS wise good choice, but again guys more, Beer, Lager, Ale choices please, not everyone wants standard Peroni, luckily bottled Gran Reserva was available which I Very much like, my companions Wine was also most pleasant, much better choice available on the wine front though, good . #FOOD,  had 3 Course Set menu for £22.95, was good value for money but not excellent, used to be better menu options, more varied, more meat dishes. However, the food we chose, starter, main and desert were all good, The two standout dishes are pictured, Rustica Piccante Pizza, was #DELICIOUS, Very tasty indeed made by Brandon the Chef  and the New Choc-Banana Brownie Sundae was also most #YUMMY and very well presented. The Whole evening  both #SERVICE & #CULINARY were Very Very good. As mentioned above in my opinion only a few tweaks required, Ordering APP & Beverage choices maybe, All in All a Very Welcome back to #ZIZZIS Camberley, i will return. Keep up the Great work Team, .
